Electronics is a part of science (physics) that deals with the flow of charge through conductors and semiconductors due to the flow of electrons. Electronics is a science that has come to existence quite recently than other types of sciences.
Electronics is related to the physical structure of atoms in conductors or semiconductors. According to this science atoms of conductors or semiconductors have three parts protons, neutrons and electrons. The electrons are the negative polarity and protons have positive charge. The protons are also called holes. The protons and electrons are present in the outer rings of atom. In case of the good conductors and semiconductors there are free electrons in the outer circles of atom that are responsible for flow of charge. While in case of bad conductors there are no free electrons and the number of electrons and protons or negative charge and positive charge are same hence there is no flow of charge making the matter as bad conductor of heat and electricity.

Based on the above principle of charge flow due to free electrons scientists have further defined the basic terms in Electronics that is current, voltage and resistance. The term current is defined as the speed in which the charge flows in a conductor or semiconductor. It is measured in Amperes in standard international units.
The term voltage means the potential difference between two ends of a conductor or semiconductor. It is also called electron motive force or abbreviated as ‘emf’. The potential difference drives the current in a conductor or semiconductor. It is measured in ‘volts’ in standard international unit system.
The third term resistance means the opposite force that resists the flow of electrons or rather current in the semiconductor or conductor is called resistance. Resistance is measured in ‘ohm’.
Every electronic circuit is governed by the three above-mentioned basic terms. The output or input of an electronic circuit is always related to these terms. The designing of electronic circuits though may need to consider several other terms like capacitance, inductance, impedance etc. but the basic three terms can’t be neglected.
Expert Native Translators
A translator with specialization in technical translation is believed to have a clear and practical knowledge about the basics of electronics along with linguistic skills. The translator needs to understand basics like: a capacitor holds charge and is classified with the amount of charge it can hold. Also it should be clear to the translator the difference between capacitor and a resistor. The conclusion here is that the translator providing electronics translation must know how electronic components work along with other basics of electronics science for giving quality electronics translation service.
